In 2007, we were commissioned to transform a 23 year old, 3,100 square foot high-rise condominium into a winter retreat on the beach for our clients, their children and grandchildren.  As the before and after pictures will show, we gutted the condo to concrete slabs and built everything back, brand new, including hurricane impact doors and windows.  To tour some before and after photographs, please click on the areas above.
