In 1988 the popular Bath & Tennis in Westhampton Beach, New York converted to condominiums, and we were brought in to refurbish all the public spaces including their large oceanfront restaurant.  A WWII airplane hanger had been moved to overlook the ocean many years past, and it needed a lot of work.  The room still exists today, and is very popular for weddings.
