The new foundation is started for the wing we moved. The old dining room became the poolside family room with two guest bedroom suites.

And here's the newly composed home, from the back yard, with all parts saved and re-used.

To accommodate all the new systems, we raised the original structure and added basements.

We removed the decayed skins, inside and out, reinforced everything, put in all new systems throughout, and re-surfaced the walls true to the original.

New fireplaces were added - one of Jim Goodman's areas of "especialité" - this one in the family room off the kitchen.

The finished fireplace shares center stage with the TV and views of the gardens in the back yard. (composite pix)
