In 1989 we had the
opportunity to do a million dollar gut-rehab on a historic 10,300 square foot farmhouse in Westhampton Beach.
It involved moving a wing, discrete additions,
and some pretty
serious renovations including adding basements, foundations
and all new systems throughout.
