At the middle floor landing is the Library with wet bar, done in rare Zebra Wood from South Africa and black granite from north of the Arctic Circle.

The Library Bath continues the black granite in a room covered in leather - a full bath that allows the Library to serve as another guest bedroom as needed

On the opposite side of the inlaid marble landing is the home theater, done in fine woods, leathers and luxurious fabrics.
