In the 1984 it was our pleasure to
create a contemporary Manhattan
residence for a business couple.
Everything was about comfort,
convenience, storage, luxury and the
view. James Goodman did meticulous
space planning so that every inch was
utilized to its fullest.
Everything was built-in and custom made,
much like the interior of a yacht.
When we went back to 100 United Nations
Plaza in 2004 to do another penthouse,
we were amazed when the real estate
broker who specialized in the building
said that our two jobs from twenty years
ago were still intact and unchanged.
