MODEL
HOME PORTFOLIO
The following are a sampling from
some 250 plus models
from the 1980's and the 1990's
before the recent models in South Florida
that can be
found in the year of their completion in Recent Projects of 2000 to 2006.
Our models are always geared to the demographics
of the potential customer. This is a multi-million dollar luxury
condo at
100 United Nations Plaza in New York.
At the opposite end of the demographic scale
is this tiny Manhattan one-bedroom
model,
to demonstrate how to live well in small spaces.
Use of color in marketing real estate is essential,
as
demonstrated in these pictures of one of the sixteen
model homes we have done for Harry Macklowe in
Manhattan.
Understanding and presenting multiple styles is
essential
in merchandising real estate, as not everyone
likes the same thing.
This was a very successful model
in New York City's
Riverbank West demonstrating a traditional interior
in a modern building.
And here's an Art Deco interior, also at Riverbank West,
that presented drama and color in a very livable
residence.
Another memorable model, with red, green and black
lacquers
in an otherwise cream white Japanese
contemporary style.
When the Harborside Hotel converted to co-ops, we
were called in to help merchandise the rooms.
Then we did models to help the conversion of the
Dune Deck Resort & Hotel to co-ops.
We also helped market the Bath & Tennis Resort
in
the Hamptons, when it converted to co-ops.
