James Goodman transformed the dark home theater in the windowless center of the condominium into a bright exhibition space/library/television room.
Rare books, fine art, and antiquities fill the custom shelves. A comfortable leather sofa allows for lounging while watching movies or reading.
Wood columns add an architectural strength to the room.
Although originally designed for a plasma television, the client felt that the equipment wasn't sufficiently advanced in 2001, so James adjusted the designs to hold a rear-projeciton TV.

And a final view of the mutli-function room at the center of the home.
